Blackboard is the University of Lincoln’s virtual learning environment, which provides a digital hub where staff and students can access a range of resources such as their course materials, reading lists, assignment submission points, and a range of interactive and integrated digital tools.
All curriculum modules have a dedicate module ‘site’ which is create ahead of each academic year. In addition, Blackboard module sites can be used for online discussions, formative and summative assessments, managing grades and making announcements.
Please note: these guides will relate to the Blackboard Original Course View (OCV), there is a dedicated page of guidance for staff who have modules in the Ultra Course View (UCV).
